He anticipated needs we didn’t even know we had and guided us with a perfect balance of expertise, creativity, and calm reassurance. Andrew & his team helped put together an incredible brand event for our second-annual Underdog Fantasy “Dawg Bowl” live final. From the the initial reach out until event conclusion, there was clear and constant communication and all vendors he brought in were heavily vetted and surpassed expectations.The uniqueness of this event did not deter his team away & they were able to execute on many scattered visions from a “concert-like” merchandise table to a makeshift outdoor sports bar. We could not be more pleased with how all ideas came together.
From the moment we started working with Andrew we knew we pick the right wedding/event planner! Andrew and his team more than delivered. They transformed the rooftop and seventh floor of the International Spy Museum into a wedding wonderland. The “WOW” environment that Andrew’s team and the vendors created for the rehearsal, the rehearsal dinner, the ceremony, reception and after reception lovingly fostered hundreds of “union” and “reunion” connections.
Andrew and his team were amazing partners in helping us pull off a fantastic LA book launch party after which the author said “If I could have said all the ways I would have wanted by book launch to go – full of family and friends, and just a showing of love and support. The night was perfect.” With just three weeks to go until the event, Andrew and Reggie stepped in and coordinated all of the vendors, sketched out the event plan, helped with permits, and a million other things that needed to be done. Andrew’s expertise was so appreciated and his team did an amazing job of welcoming our guests and keeping the party running smoothly. Everyone who attended said it was a stellar event and I couldn’t agree more. Highly recommended!
