What is a hotel event readiness audit?
A hotel event readiness audit is an independent evaluation of your property’s ability to deliver exceptional experiences for meeting planners, event attendees, speakers, sponsors, wedding clients, and overnight guests. The audit identifies strengths, operational gaps, and opportunities to improve both guest satisfaction and event performance.
Who should invest in a hotel event readiness audit?
This service is ideal for hotels, resorts, ownership groups, management companies, convention properties, and independent venues looking to improve guest experience, increase event bookings, strengthen planner relationships, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
What areas of a hotel are evaluated?
Audits may include guest arrival experience, guest rooms, meeting and event spaces, food and beverage operations, planner experience, staff interactions, VIP accommodations, pre-arrival communication, technology, wayfinding, and overall guest experience touchpoints.
Do you provide recommendations after the audit?
Yes. Following the audit, clients receive a detailed report outlining observations, identified gaps, areas of opportunity, and practical recommendations designed to improve guest experience, event readiness, and operational performance.
Do you travel for hotel audits?
Yes. Hotel event readiness audits are available nationwide. Audits can be conducted for individual properties, resort destinations, convention hotels, or multi-property portfolios.
